Pastor Inawole Job Olusegun, born on September 5th 1967 in Ishara, an Ijebu province in Ogun state of Nigeria, to the family of Madam Muniratu Abike of Ila Orangun in Osun State,and the late Joseph Idowu Dada of Oro Ago in Kwara State. He began his studies at the African Church Primary School, Fidiwo in Egba Province of Ogun State, later at The Army Children Command School, Abeokuta, Ogun state and finally completed primary education at the Methodist Primary School, Agodi Gate, Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital. He proceeded to Agugu grammar School Ibadan for Secondary education and finally completed secondary education at Agboluaje Grammar School Ila-Orangun in 1987.

He read English and History Education at the University of Ilorin- (College of Education Campus). He entered full time Ministry in 1992 immediately after completing his studies. He is the Founder and Mission Superintendent of The Rescue Mission International Ministry, He also served as the Chairman of The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria Ikole Ekiti from 2004 – 2008.

He got married to Mrs. Margaret Dupe in 1995 and they are blessed with two children – Rhoda Faith and Ezekiel Joy.
